BOCA RATON - Procacci Development Corporation announced that Oasis Outsourcing signed a lease for more than 36,000sf of Class A office space within Emerald View at Vista Center in West Palm Beach.Oasis Outsourcing, one of the nation’s largest privately-held Professional Employer Organization (PEO), is the latest major lease signed at Emerald View at Vista Center.Oasis Outsourcing was represented by Bob Schneiderman, a principal of NAI Merin Hunter Codman. Debra Kremblas,vice president of Procacci Development Corporation, represented ownership.
