These buildings meet the current Florida Building Code for "Enhanced Hurricane Protection Area" facilities – the same specifications used for Public Hurricane Shelters. Our structural design utilizes solid concrete tilt-up wall systems, structural concrete roofs and large missile, high-impact window glazing systems that withstand the pressures generated by winds up to 185 miles per hour.
100% Power Back Up
Every "Built Procacci Strong" Class "A" office building is equipped with an emergency power system. Upon disruption of electrical service, this system seamlessly switches to power supplied by diesel generators housed in an independent hurricane-resistant building. On-site diesel tanks are sized and ready to fuel the generators for twenty days.
All "Built Procacci Strong" buildings are constructed with innovative design features and technologically-advanced upgrades which include high-speed fiber optic internet connections, multi-zoned mechanical systems and automated building management systems that ensure maximum comfort and energy-efficiency throughout tenant suites.
