Steve McCraney is the newly elected president for the South Florida Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. Eric Swanson, of Flagler Real Estate Services , is president elect.
McCraney replaces CBRE’s Mike Silver, who is outgoing president.
Other officers include Debra Kremblas, of Procacci Development Corp., who is secretary, and Darcie Lunsford, who is VP for programs/education for 2012.
New members of the group are Michael Maxwell, of Nova Southeastern University; Bruce Michaels, of Liberator Management; Traci Miller of Miller Construction; and Ed Mitchell, of Duke Realty.
Pike Rowley, of Flagler Development, and George Pincus, of Stearns, Weaver, Miller, Weissler, Alhadeff & Sitterson, moved from the board emeritus to the board of directors.
Additionally, NAIOP has renamed its board emeritus to be the chairman’s club. Doug Eaton, of Stiles Corp.; Pamela Knox, of Northwestern Mutual Life; Harley Miller, of Miller Construction Co.; and Alice Lucia, of Jones Lang LaSalle America are on the chairman’s club, as is Adele Stone, of Atkinson, Diner, Stone, Mankuta & Ploucha.
