BOCA RATON, Fla., Aug. 07, 2008 – Procacci Development Corporation today announced that Phil Procacci, president, has been appointed to the board of directors for the South Florida Chapter of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), the nation's leading trade association for developers, owners, investors and asset managers.
Procacci has been a successful real estate developer in Florida for the past 30 years. He oversees every aspect of the company’s development including feasibility marketing, construction, property management and financing of properties and buildings. He has taken the company in a new direction through his conceptualization of Class A+ hurricane-resistant office buildings that are constructed to withstand winds up to 185 miles-per-hour, of a Category 5 Hurricane.
