The Emerald View at Vista Center campus is located in West Palm Beach, Florida at Okeechobee Boulevard and Florida’s Turnpike, on the 7th and 8th holes of the private Emerald Dunes Golf Club within eight miles of the Palm Beach International Airport .
This project consists of two office buildings totaling +/- 140,000 square feet of Class A+ hurricane resistant office space.
2056 Vista Parkway and 2054 Vista Parkway are each 70,262 square foot, four-story buildings completed in March, 2007. During the period of 2006 to 2009, Procacci successfully brought the project to 94% occupancy with top-tier tenants including State Farm, Wells Fargo Insurance, the corporate headquarters of Oasis Outsourcing, Royal Bank of Canada and Humana.
These buildings were designed to withstand winds up to 185 mph of a Category 5 hurricane and are equipped with generators that provide a "100% business as usual" environment with enough fuel on-site to operate for twenty-five days before requiring refueling.
